01Who we are

The data controller is COZIRSKII (Cozy LAB), Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, a photo and video production studio. For any question about your data, write to us at cozylabwork@gmail.com.

02What data we collect

When you send us a request (the form on the Contact page or the “Let's talk” window):

• your name, email and/or phone number or Telegram username, and company (optional);
• your message, and the project type and budget if you choose them;
• the page you wrote from and, if you came from a campaign, its parameters (utm);
• your IP address and browser type, to protect the form against automated messages (spam).

While you browse the site we collect anonymous statistics: the pages you visit, the site you came from, the type of device (phone or computer) and the steps towards contacting us (for example opening the form or clicking email, Telegram or Instagram). We do not link these statistics to your name.

03Why we use it

• To reply to you and prepare an offer — based on your request (steps before a possible contract).
• To improve the site — from anonymous statistics; the statistics cookie only with your consent.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse — our legitimate interest.
• To comply with the law, if an authority lawfully asks us for data.

04How long we keep it

• Requests: as long as needed to reply to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the collaboration. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Clients' billing records: as long as accounting law requires.
• Visit statistics: used in aggregate; the statistics cookie expires after 12 months.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It can only be seen by:

• the hosting provider of the server that runs the site and stores the data;
• Telegram — when a new request arrives, our team receives a notification with its content in a private Telegram chat;
• public authorities, only when the law requires it.

The links to Instagram, Telegram and Gmail take you to those companies' services, which process your data under their own policies.

06Cookies

We only use our own cookies: no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking services.

If you decline or do not choose, we count visits without any cookie, using an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be linked to you. The campaign you came from (utm) is kept only in the memory of the open page, not on your device.

07Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at cozylabwork@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days at most.

If you believe your data is not handled correctly, you can file a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

08Security

Only the site's administrators can see requests, through password-protected accounts; passwords are never stored in plain text, only as a hash. We keep backups of the data and limit how many messages can be sent from the same address, to prevent abuse.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the last-updated date above. See also the Terms & Conditions.
